Questioned by a friend, "Why some people don't like to share out their problems when they are facing problem?" I answer, "wrong timing" "wrong person" "wrong place". Many friends are unhappy recently. As a friend, definitely I am willing to be your listener, anytime and anyplace, as long as you need me. Don't ever hesitate if you need someone to talk with ya. Find the one you hope to be with when you need them, they won't hesitate to be with you, trust me, because we are friends. Hurt, when a friend is crying alone in a corner of this world but you don't know about it at all. Hmm, since everyone is not that happy, so I have done some researches on how to cheer someone up. Say Peace, ^^v

Due to the researches, make your own CHEER UP book. Create a list (like this one) of every activity you can think of that will cheer you up. Type it up, add some pictures, print it out, and have it bound. Grab this book and do those activities when you are down and when you don't know who to talk with. Breathe, sit up straight, hold your breath to a count of two to five, or whatever you can handle. Drink some water, can help to relax your mind. Hugs, without talking much, go snag a hug from a friend or your loved one, sometimes a hug is better than a thousand of words. It is really effective. Play with a dog (if you are a dog lovers), when I say play, I mean really play. Get down on the ground, chase her around, throw her “ball” and have a good old time. Caffeine, the article stated that caffeine is a natural mood enhancer but don't drink too much la, no good for health. Call a friend, take your mobile and call, family members and friends are always there to support you. If you don't know who to call, and try to close your eyes, and see who is the first person that appear in your mind. That's the one you are going to call!! Watch a funny movie, give yourself permission to laugh and laugh hard OR Watch a sad movie, cry and cry hard, especially when you don't think you can. Bath Time, with music on maybe, bathe yourself in the songs that makes you feel good. Sing, sing as loudly as you can, sing out everything that keep in your heart for a long time. Dance, dance around the whole house. If you think this is stupid, set the timer for 5 minutes. Try 5 minutes, and see how you feel afterwards. If you don't feel better, stop it. If it works, you don't have to tell anybody^^
